The regulations allow third parties to apply to re-use public sector information, including data held by Local Authorities. This new framework is based on the principles of fairness to the public sector and re-users, transparency, non-discrimination, consistency and the adoption of best practice. In accordance with the new powers set out in the regulation, please be kind enough to provide a copy of the following information: . The Asset List compiled by your authority setting out the information, available for re-use. . Procedures in place for requesting the information. . Charges, terms and conditions, which may apply. . Details of the application process for a licence for re-use (where same is available).
