2005 Euro Directive on Re-Use of Public Sector Information Regulations:

The Re-Use of Public Sector Information Regulations (SI 2005 No 1515) came
into force on 1st July 2005. The regulations allow third parties to apply
to re-use public sector information, including data held by Local
Authorities. This new framework is based on the principles of fairness to
the public sector and re-users, transparency, non-discrimination,
consistency and the adoption of best practice.

In accordance with the new powers set out in the regulation, please be kind
enough to provide a copy of the following information:

    . The Asset List compiled by your authority setting out the information,
      available for re-use.
    . Procedures in place for requesting the information.
    . Charges, terms and conditions, which may apply.
    . Details of the application process for a licence for re-use (where
      same is available).

Please let me know also, if your content is listed on any third party index
or aggregation site, or if it is open to being crawled by web crawlers for
indexing purposes. Would you respond positively to content covered by the
above-mentioned Euro Directive (UK Statutory Instrument 2005 Number 1515)
being researched in this way?
